Karen has worked 25+ years in Marketing. Her work experience has been diverse, with each position complementing the other. Karen is eternally thankful to work for one of her closest friends and mentors, Christine Schmidt.

Karen spends nearly all her free time with her adult daughters doing whatever strikes their interest—eating, drinking, shopping, vacationing and so on! The remainder of her attention goes to her loving husband.

A native of Oakwood, Illinois, Lynn has extensive experience in program and project management in both the corporate and non-profit arenas. Lynn studied writing and journalism at Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College and Indiana University. She also holds certificates in Nonprofit Executive Leadership from the University of Notre Dame's Mendoza College of Business and the Indiana University Executive Education at The School of Public and Environmental Affairs and The Fund Raising School and the Indiana University Lilly Family School of Philanthropy. Lynn is also a certified DISC Personality Profile trainer and Enneagram trainer. She enjoys doing training classes for corporate leadership groups.

When not working, Lynn and her husband, Randy enjoy traveling and visiting their seven children and many grandchildren.

Graduating with a degree in Health Management from Indiana University Northwest as well as receiving a certificate in project management from Google Coursera, Xavier has honed his skills in managing multiple projects, using several methodologies to complete projects for our clients. Collaborating with colleagues and engaging with clients, he is dedicated to delivering exceptional results while keeping a positive and collaborative environment. Presentation Specialist/Trainer

Crystal has been in the corporate and training world for the past 20+ years. Her specialties include all things Microsoft as she is certified in all the major applications. For BOOM, Crystal spends most of her time rebranding and redesigning PowerPoint presentations as well as thinking of the most efficient way to design collateral that empowers the client for their future use. Crystal also enjoys training individuals and groups on the most efficient and effective use of their computer applications.
